Guiding principle
You are responsible for the calls placed and received through Workvivo, the content of your AI agents' scripts, and the data you upload. Use the platform lawfully, honestly, and with respect for the people your AI agents interact with.
Prohibited activities
- Calling numbers on do-not-call registries without a documented exemption, or contacting individuals who have opted out.
- Any form of harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content directed at minors, or fraud.
- Deceptive practices: impersonating a real human when asked, spoofing caller ID unlawfully, or misrepresenting the identity of your organization.
- Collecting sensitive personal data (health, financial, government IDs) without a lawful basis and adequate safeguards.
- Recording calls in jurisdictions requiring two-party consent without obtaining that consent.
- Interfering with the service: scraping, reverse engineering, security probing without written authorization, or exceeding rate limits to degrade performance.
- Using the platform to build a competing AI voice product, or to train third-party models on customer conversations.
- Any activity that violates applicable telemarketing, consumer-protection, wiretap, GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or export-control laws.
Consent and disclosure
Your AI agents must, where required by law, disclose that the caller is an AI and that the call may be recorded. Provide a clear way for the person on the line to opt out and honor those opt-outs promptly.
Content restrictions
You may not use Workvivo to generate or deliver content that promotes illegal activity, weapons of mass destruction, child sexual abuse material, election interference, or targeted harassment. Model output that violates this policy must not be re-shared.
Security and integrity
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another customer's data, or introduce malware. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected].
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend affected features, remove offending content, or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. When possible, we notify you of the reason and give you an opportunity to remediate.
To report abuse of the service, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible (numbers, timestamps, recordings).
Email [email protected] or reach our team from the About page.
