Terms of Service

By accessing Workvivo you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind the organization you represent, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Workvivo provides AI voice agents for outbound and inbound calls, transcription, conversation analysis, summarization, and CRM automation. Features are billed via prepaid credits at USD 0.10 per credit (equivalent in EUR/GBP/PLN using the rates shown at checkout).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorized use.

• Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and denominated in the currency selected at checkout.
• Consumption rates for each service are published on the Credits page and may change with 30 days’ notice.
• Bank transfer is the default payment method; card, PayPal, and Stripe options will be enabled once available.
• Access to paid features unlocks once payment is confirmed. Unused credits expire 24 months after purchase.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including all applicable calling, telemarketing, consent, recording, and data-protection laws in each jurisdiction where you operate.

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the calls you initiate through the platform. You grant Workvivo a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the service, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.

Workvivo and its licensors own the platform, models, documentation, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or activity that endangers the service or other users. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard; unused prepaid credits are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Workvivo's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Workvivo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
