Overview
Because credits are digital and consumed immediately when you use a paid feature, they are generally non-refundable. The exceptions below always apply and, where mandatory local law grants stronger consumer rights, those rights prevail.
Refund-eligible cases
- Unused balance within 14 days. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may request a full refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided no paid features were used. Once you start consuming credits you waive this withdrawal right for the consumed portion.
- Duplicate or accidental payment. If you were charged twice for the same order we refund the duplicate in full.
- Service unavailability. If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, we credit or refund the affected consumption at your option.
- Payment never delivered. If a bank transfer is initiated but never applied to your account, we refund the transfer once returned by the bank.
Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed by AI calls, transcription, analysis, or automation.
- Promo-code discounts (they reduce the price of a specific order and are not paid out in cash).
- Charges disputed after the 60-day window described below.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with your order ID and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and typically resolve them within 10 business days.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method — for bank transfers this means the originating IBAN. Once approved, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while the case is investigated.
