Workvivo Ltd. (“Workvivo”, “we”, “us”) operates an AI voice sales platform used by businesses to place and receive calls, transcribe conversations, and automate CRM workflows. We take privacy seriously and only process personal data that is necessary to deliver, secure, and improve the service.
This policy applies to our marketing website, authenticated dashboard, APIs, and any voice interactions handled by our AI agents on behalf of a customer.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, hashed password, billing address, and preferred currency.
Order and billing data: selected credit pack, promo codes used, payment method chosen (bank transfer today; card/PayPal/Stripe on request), and invoice history.
Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, dashboard events, and diagnostic logs.
Voice and call data: when you or your customer uses our AI voice services, we process call audio, transcripts, sentiment signals, and metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration) required to deliver the requested feature.

How we use data
- Provide and secure the Workvivo service, including AI voice agents, transcription, analytics, and CRM automation.

Data retention
Account and billing records are retained for the duration of your relationship with Workvivo and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Call recordings and transcripts follow the retention window you configure in the dashboard (default 90 days). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
International transfers
Workvivo operates globally. Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights

Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, MFA for administrators, and continuous monitoring. Security incidents are handled by our incident-response team and reported per applicable law.
